General Policies:
All services rendered by Sites By Jenn are non-refundable. All design projects require at least a 50% deposit before services will begin. Some projects will require a larger deposit. This decision is at the discretion of Sites By Jenn and will be discussed and agreed upon before project begins.
During the design process, any additional services determined necessary in order to achieve the client's reqired result will be discussed and agreed upon/paid for before additional services will be rendered. Client retains the right to refuse these additional services.
All website materials (text, graphics, etc.) will be released to the client after project is completed, signed off on by client, and paid for by client. Unless otherwise stated and agreed upon, graphics created by Sites By Jenn may not be altered or used on any website not approved by Sites By Jenn. Sites By Jenn may agree to waive these rights for a fee.
